3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error or due to a mistake, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, TechKot will disable and/or terminate the access of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
